The Houthi rebels in Yemen released 25-year-old actress and model Intisar Al-Hammadi after nearly five years in prison, her lawyer confirmed.
She was arrested in February 2021 in Sanaa on charges of indecent acts and drug possession, sentenced to five years by a Houthi-run court, and held at Central Prison.
