Students helped decorate Thames Valley Police’s new forensic building with crime-themed art during a community tour.
Students from Brookside Primary School in Bicester contributed artwork to the construction hoardings of Thames Valley Police’s new forensic building, inspired by hands-on crime scene investigations.
The colorful designs, featuring police tape patterns and forensic themes, were unveiled during a site visit where students toured the partially completed facility, met forensic staff, and learned about the building’s role in investigations and education.
The project, part of a community engagement effort, aims to inspire youth interest in science and public service while highlighting the facility’s solar panels and future collaborations with schools and universities.
Updates on construction will continue to be shared by the police force.
