A serial slasher attacked three men in Brooklyn, slashing them on the left face in 24 hours, police say.

A serial slasher is at large after three unprovoked attacks in Brooklyn within 24 hours, police said. The suspect, last seen in a navy blue jacket, black shorts, and white sneakers, slashed three men on the left side of the face—two on Saturday night and one early Sunday morning—each time approaching from behind. All victims were treated and released in stable condition. The attacks occurred on the Q train in Flatbush and near Foster and New York Aves. Authorities released a surveillance image and are urging the public to contact Crime Stoppers with any information. This follows a separate subway stabbing in Manhattan on October 16.
