Nikita Kucherov reached 1,000 career NHL points with an assist on Brayden Point’s goal in the second period of the Tampa Bay Lightning’s 4-3 win over the Anaheim Ducks on October 25, 2025.
The milestone, achieved in his 809th game, made him the third-fastest active player to reach 1,000 points, behind only Connor McDavid and Sidney Crosby.
Kucherov became the 101st player in NHL history to reach the mark and the fourth-fastest non-North American-born player.
He joined Steven Stamkos as the only two Lightning players to reach 1,000 points.
The Lightning also secured Anthony Cirelli’s game-winning power-play goal and Victor Hedman’s 800th career point.
Backup goalie Jonas Johansson made 37 saves in place of the injured Andrei Vasilevskiy.
