A 38-year-old Otisfield man, John K. Pottle Jr., was arrested and charged with reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and aggravated assault after allegedly shooting a 28-year-old woman in the hand with an AR-15-style rifle on Bell Hill Road on October 25.
