Michael Williams, 26, has been charged with three counts of first-degree intentional homicide in Milwaukee over the October 19 killings of Marcus Smith, Sandra Lee, and Lakendrick Roby, all on the city’s north side.
Prosecutors say the shootings occurred about an hour apart, with surveillance and witness accounts placing Williams at the scenes.
He was arrested fleeing the area, reportedly smelling of bleach and stating he “did the city a favor.” Authorities noted his history of mental health struggles and drug abuse, including prior threats to his family.
Williams faces life in prison if convicted and is scheduled for a court appearance on October 25.
The investigation remains ongoing.
