His remarks come ahead of Bihar’s assembly elections on November 6 and 11.
Meanwhile, Railways reported operating 1,205 special trains, including 122 from Punjab, with enhanced security and monitoring to manage crowds, though opposition leaders question the sufficiency of arrangements.
