Hispanic support for Trump has dropped sharply amid growing economic concerns.
A new AP-NORC poll released October 24, 2025, shows President Donald Trump’s favorability among Hispanic adults has dropped from 44% in January to 25%, with approval of his job performance falling from 41% to 27%.
The decline coincides with rising concerns over the economy, as Hispanic voters report heightened financial stress from high grocery, housing, and healthcare costs.
Despite Trump’s 2024 campaign focus on economic revitalization and immigration, many feel his policies have not improved their economic reality.
Support among Hispanic Republicans has also fallen, from 83% in September 2024 to 66%, while younger Hispanics and men are increasingly critical.
A growing share—73%—now believe the country is going in the wrong direction, up from 63% in March.
