ITC Hotels surged 74% in quarterly profit, boosted by revenue growth and new premium brand launches.
ITC Hotels reported a 74% year-on-year increase in net profit to ₹133 crore for the second quarter of fiscal 2026, driven by an 8% rise in revenue to ₹839 crore, despite seasonal challenges.
The company achieved 9% RevPAR growth, expanded its EBITDA margin by 200 basis points, and launched its new premium brand, Epiq Collection, adding 281 keys in the first half.
With 207 properties across India and Sri Lanka, including 61 in development, ITC Hotels maintained a 40% RevPAR premium over the industry.
The demerged entity, which began trading in January 2025, continues to expand its portfolio and sustainability efforts, including a new windmill in Gujarat.
