Gamuda Land has acquired a site in Stratford, East London, for its first self-developed and managed purpose-built student accommodation project, a 321-bed development expected to open by 2028/29.
The project, near Pudding Mill Lane DLR station, is part of the company’s expanding UK PBSA portfolio, which now includes 1,232 beds across London and Glasgow.
It aims for BREEAM, WELL, and NABERS sustainability certifications, with Multiplex as main contractor.
