Developed by Ngāi Tahu Property, the project aims to address housing needs with permanently occupied homes priced from $780,000, featuring private balconies, titled parking, and views of Lake Whakatipu.
Six units are already under contract.
Construction, led by Mike Greer Commercial, is expected to finish by March 2027, with two additional buildings under construction and slated for release in early 2026.
