The company claims Thomson blocked staff, collected all revenue, and violated its legal rights.
The lawsuit, filed in Accra’s District Magistrate Court, seeks ownership confirmation, daily compensation of GH₵2,000, an injunction, and return of the facility.
The case is pending, with legal proceedings underway.
