Derek Hough denies jumping on the Wheel of Fortune wheel during a break, calling Ryan Seacrest's claim "1000% NOT true."
Derek Hough denies allegations by Celebrity Wheel of Fortune host Ryan Seacrest that he jumped on and spun the show’s iconic wheel during a commercial break, calling the claim “1000% NOT true” on Instagram Stories.
Seacrest said he had to ask Hough and fellow contestant Bruno Tonioli to stop, citing concern over damaging the one-of-a-kind prop.
Hough, who appeared on the September 26 episode with Tonioli and Jenna Johnson Chmerkovskiy to raise $63,350 for Feeding America, stated he would never disrespect the set, though he joked the idea would have been entertaining.
No further details have been confirmed, and Hough has not yet received a response from Seacrest.
