A 19-year-old woman has been missing since Friday, October 17, when she was last seen leaving Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in west London around 6:05 p.m., heading toward Westminster. Police say they are increasingly concerned for her welfare and are urging the public to help locate her. She was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket, black leggings, and blue trainers with white soles, with her black hair in two buns.
