A 23-year-old man faces charges after allegedly attacking police on Oct. 11; no charges will be filed in a July motorcycle crash that killed the rider.

A 23-year-old Tillsonburg man faces charges including assaulting police, threats, mischief, and public intoxication after an Oct. 11 incident on Trailview Drive, where officers attempted an arrest and were allegedly attacked but sustained no injuries. He is set to appear in Woodstock court on Nov. 18. In a separate case, no charges will be filed in a July 16 fatal motorcycle crash in northwest London, where police determined the rider’s excessive speed caused the collision. The motorcyclist died; the female driver had minor injuries.
