The World Food Programme is accepting proposals for resilience projects in Burkina Faso to fight hunger by November 4, 2025.
The World Food Programme is seeking proposals for its Developing Resilience and Reducing Malnutrition Grant Programme in multiple regions of Burkina Faso, including Nakanbé, Liptako, Guiriko, and Bankui, to support the country’s 2030 Zero Hunger goal.
The initiative focuses on building climate-resilient agriculture, restoring ecosystems, improving food systems, and enhancing access to health and education services through community-led projects.
Eligible non-profit organizations must be registered and active in target areas, with experience in rural development, livelihoods, and gender inclusion.
Selected partners will implement integrated resilience projects, including food or cash transfers linked to asset creation, and collaborate with government and local stakeholders.
Proposals are due by November 4, 2025.
