Two PSNI officers were injured Monday afternoon in south Armagh when their patrol car was rammed by a black Toyota during a high-speed chase on Edenappa Road near Jonesborough.
The officers, responding to a prior collision with lights and sirens, were struck by a vehicle not involved in the initial incident, which fled toward the border.
The impact also damaged a Skoda and a Citroën van.
Both officers were hospitalized but returned to duty the next day.
The police vehicle is out of service for repairs.
Authorities are seeking witnesses or video footage from the area, citing reference 718 20/10/25, and urge the public to report any information via 101 or the PSNI’s non-emergency portal.
