A Phoenix man was arrested for federal child sex trafficking and abuse material charges linked to online livestreams from the Philippines.
Casey Goslin, a 46-year-old Phoenix man and former youth group leader at a Lutheran church, was arrested on October 16 on federal charges including child sex trafficking, production of child sexual abuse material, and attempting to produce child pornography.
Authorities say he used online usernames to access a platform linked to livestreamed child sexual abuse sessions originating from the Philippines.
The arrest followed a joint investigation by ICE Homeland Security Investigations and Tucson police, who seized electronic devices during a search.
The church confirmed Goslin’s suspension and is cooperating with law enforcement while reviewing its safeguarding procedures.
Officials are urging anyone with information, especially parents whose children may have interacted with Goslin, to contact the ICE Tip Line or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Goslin is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
