A man was arrested in Grand Rapids for allegedly robbing a bank with a gun on Oct. 20, 2025.
A 36-year-old man, Hollis Nunnery, was arrested in Grand Rapids on October 21, 2025, in connection with a robbery at the Lake Michigan Credit Union on Leonard Street NE, which occurred around 9:40 a.m. on October 20.
Authorities say he allegedly threatened staff with a firearm during the bank robbery, fled with undisclosed cash, and was apprehended shortly after.
He faces federal charges of bank robbery and armed robbery.
No injuries were reported, and the credit union remains temporarily closed as the investigation continues.
The case involves both local police and FBI.
