The 2025 Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival features top chefs, rare wines, and new dining spots from Oct. 23–26.

The 2025 Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival runs October 23–26 at Central Harbourfront, extending nightly hours to midnight, featuring 12 Michelin-starred and Black Pearl-diamond restaurants, a debut stall by top female chef Anne-Sophie Pic, and a new "Taste Pairing" system. Highlights include the BEA Grand Wine Pavilion with 500 rare wines, a sold-out Michelin-starred chef dinner, Disney and Doraemon-themed zones, and a Bordeaux chateau giveaway. New dining and bar openings include Akira Back Hong Kong, Peridot, Hana no Kumo, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon’s reimagined space, and several innovative cocktail bars like Mius and Montana.
