Foreign institutional investors increased their stake in Waaree Energies to 6.35% in September 2025, up from 2.68% in June, reflecting strong investor confidence.
The company reported a 133% year-on-year profit surge in Q2 FY26, with revenue and EBITDA rising 69.7% and 155.3%, respectively.
It reaffirmed FY26 EBITDA guidance of Rs 5,500–6,000 crore, backed by a robust 25GW order book, capacity expansion to 16.7 GW modules and 5.4 GW cells by FY27, and diversification into green hydrogen, battery storage, and inverters.
Brokerages raised targets to Rs 4,105–4,654, citing strong demand, tax benefits, and a solid balance sheet with Rs 5,100 crore in net cash.
The stock rose 6% during the quarter, ending at Rs 3,515.05 on Diwali Muhurat trading.
