Belize has approved $2 million to renovate its Belize City and Belmopan bus terminals, including upgrades like raised flooring, drainage, canopies, air conditioning, epoxy flooring, new restrooms, and free Wi-Fi. The Orange Walk terminal is also a priority, with funding efforts underway. Meanwhile, the Transport Board revoked a permit for a Lucky Strike operator running unapproved routes, citing competition and past financial risks, and ordered immediate cessation of service with potential legal action for non-compliance.
