A Wichita man was charged after a video showed him forcibly taking a woman, sparking a manhunt and a reward.

A 22-year-old Wichita man, Daniel Espitia Guevara, has been charged with aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery, and criminal restraint after a doorbell camera video showed him forcibly taking a 35-year-old woman in north Wichita. The woman, who was not seriously injured, contacted police and was found safe. Authorities responded promptly, and Guevara, held without bond, is also under an immigration hold. The video sparked national attention, prompting a public appeal and a $2,000 reward. The case remains under investigation.
