Bizcap, a global non-bank lender, has acquired 8fig, a U.S.-based AI-driven fintech for e-commerce sellers, to expand its international reach and enhance its financing tools. The integration combines 8fig’s automated underwriting and AI-powered cash flow planning with Bizcap’s global operations and capital access, enabling faster, tailored funding for small and medium-sized enterprises across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the U.S., Canada, the UK, Europe, and upcoming markets like Mexico. The move supports Bizcap’s goal of same-day funding with approvals in as little as three hours, building on its $3 billion in funding to over 66,000 SMEs and strong customer rating. 8fig will continue operating independently while leveraging Bizcap’s scale to accelerate market expansion and product development.
