Zurich Insurance Group announced winners of its 2025 Innovation Championship and held its first Innovation Festival, highlighting advancements in AI and insurtech. Ten winners were selected, including Nexoya and Optimizely Opal for AI-driven marketing and agent orchestration, and five from the Agentic AI Hyper Challenge for solutions in claims, reporting, and decision-making. Three past champions were recognized for scaling impact across health claims, property underwriting, and document processing. Zurich emphasized expanding partnerships in agentic AI and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer service, aligning with broader industry shifts toward tech-driven risk and claims management.
