USAC proposes buying Larvotto to become a top global antimony producer outside China.
United States Antimony Corporation has proposed acquiring all of Australian-based Larvotto Resources in a deal that would create one of the world’s largest antimony producers outside China.
Under the non-binding proposal, Larvotto shareholders would receive six USAC shares for every 100 shares, a significant premium to recent prices.
The transaction, pending negotiations, shareholder approval, and regulatory clearances, aims to expand USAC’s global footprint in critical minerals like antimony, zeolite, cobalt, and tungsten.
USAC, which already holds about 10% of Larvotto, says the deal would enhance its production, technical capabilities, and international reach.
