Pakistan's Election Commission has rescheduled by-elections for five Punjab constituencies—NA-96, NA-104, NA-143, PP-98, and PP-203—to November 23 due to flooding and heavy rains that disrupted earlier plans. The final candidate list will be published on November 1, with candidatures able to be withdrawn by November 3. Election symbols will be assigned on November 4. Appeals against returning officers' decisions must be filed by October 24, with tribunal rulings by October 31. The revised schedule follows the Election Act 2017, and the ECP has urged compliance with the code of conduct.
