The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has set the 2025 Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Tier 1 exam to begin on November 12, 2025, as a computer-based test. From October 22 to 28, candidates can select their preferred exam city, date, and shift via the SSC portal, choosing from three cities they originally listed. Slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited options for regional language test-takers. If preferred cities are full, alternative cities may be offered without guaranteed date or shift choices. Unselected slots by October 28 will result in disqualification. Admit cards will follow slot confirmation. Candidates must verify application details and check ssc.gov.in for updates.
