Prince Andrew is accused in a 2025 memoir of pressuring Virginia Giuffre to sign a gag order during the Queen’s jubilee, denying allegations of misconduct.
Prince Andrew is alleged to have pressured Virginia Giuffre into signing a one-year gag order to prevent her from speaking out during the late Queen’s platinum jubilee, according to her posthumous memoir, set for release in October 2025.
The book details Giuffre’s claims that she was trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and forced to have sex with Andrew, allegations he denies.
The 2022 civil settlement, which included a $12 million payout and a $2 million donation to her charity, reportedly included an implicit acknowledgment of harm without an admission of guilt.
Andrew, who relinquished his title and royal duties in October 2025, has consistently denied wrongdoing.
The memoir also alleges he sought to investigate Giuffre through a Metropolitan Police bodyguard, a claim the Met is reviewing.
Giuffre’s family has urged King Charles to strip Andrew of his title.
