Indian developer Sobha Ltd to launch ₹22,000 crore residential projects across major cities, boosting sales and delivery.

Sobha Ltd, an Indian real estate developer, plans to launch residential projects worth ₹22,000 crore across cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, and Chennai over the next 18 months, adding 16 million square feet of built-up area through 13 new residential and two commercial projects. The company reported a 61% increase in second-quarter sales bookings to ₹1,902.6 crore and a 30% year-on-year rise in first-half sales to ₹3,981.4 crore, with net profit nearly tripling to ₹72.52 crore. It delivered 2.25 million square feet of housing in the first half of the fiscal year and maintains a robust pipeline of 16.69 million square feet for the next six quarters.
