ICICI Bank has pledged ₹625 crore to build a new cancer care facility at Tata Memorial Centre’s Navi Mumbai campus, launching construction on October 19, 2025. The 11-storey 'ICICI Foundation Block for Radiation Oncology' will house 12 advanced Linear Accelerators and treat around 7,200 patients annually, with capacity for 200,000 sessions and 25,000 outpatient visits. The center, expected to open in 2027, is part of a larger ₹1,800 crore initiative to establish three cancer care centers in Navi Mumbai, Mullanpur, and Visakhapatnam, aiming to expand access to high-quality treatment across India, especially in underserved regions.
