The survey also found numerous vehicles exceeding 70mph, with 94 clocked between 61–70mph and 636 between 51–60mph. The village center’s 30mph limit, reduced from 60mph in 2019, aims to protect pedestrians and cyclists. Residents criticized sporadic police presence, saying drivers avoid fines by warning each other. Cleveland Police confirmed one offense was issued and pledged further monitoring.
