A 73-year-old Spokane man, a convicted felon, was arrested for shooting at a car, hitting the window, and possessing five guns, including live ammo, in his RV.
Brian K. Reed, 73, of Spokane County, was arrested on October 16 after allegedly shooting at a vehicle near the Hillyard area around 2:50 a.m., shattering the driver’s side window.
The victim, who was unharmed, reported Reed fired from an RV while he picked up his girlfriend.
Deputies confirmed the shot with a drone and found a .22 caliber casing and five firearms, including live ammunition, in the RV.
Reed, a convicted felon prohibited from owning guns, denied firing but admitted yelling.
He was taken into custody without incident and booked on first-degree assault and unlawful firearm possession charges.
The motive remains unclear.
