Witnesses heard vehicle activity near the Sullivan home on May 2, 2025, as children remained missing since May 1.
Two witnesses near the Lansdowne Station, Nova Scotia home of missing children Lilly and Jack Sullivan reported hearing a vehicle move back and forth near their home in the early hours of May 2, 2025, with one seeing lights over trees and another hearing a car near railroad tracks.
The children were last seen on May 1 at a Dollarama.
The stepfather, Daniel Martell, denied the vehicle activity, claiming he went to bed early and didn’t wake until morning.
The mother, Malehya Brooks-Murray, said she put the children to bed by 10 p.m. Police have not confirmed criminal activity, and polygraph tests on both parents indicated truthfulness, though results were not independently verified.
The RCMP released unredacted documents seeking records related to phone, banking, and video data, ahead of a court hearing on public disclosure.
