He alleged the contracts were awarded without competition, questioned the legitimacy of payments for services like advertisements and Christmas tokens, and criticized the lack of performance evaluations.
Hosein accused Bharath of using public money to promote xenophobic and racist content on her platform, NewsSauce, and raised concerns about her employment at The University of the West Indies.
The matter has been referred to the Attorney General for review.
