Students from Bowie County, Texas, can now transfer to the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and pay in-district tuition rates through the Arkansas Transfer Achievement Scholarship.
The program, available to graduates of University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana with an associate degree, reduces costs by waiving higher non-resident rates.
It is renewable for up to 10 semesters and applies only to base tuition.
