Matthew Jonathan Marquette, 33, of Rochester, has pleaded guilty to second-degree drug sales and a gross misdemeanor DWI related to a 2021 incident.
He was arrested last year after police found him in a southeast Rochester home attempting to flush drugs down the toilet.
Authorities recovered 14.3 grams of methamphetamine, 7.7 grams of fentanyl, 20 blue M30 pills likely containing fentanyl, a ledger, scales, baggies, and surveillance equipment.
The DWI charge stems from November 2021, when he was found unresponsive in a running vehicle with fentanyl and another drug in his system.
Sentencing is scheduled for next month, with Marquette facing nearly five years in prison under the plea deal.
