The Tallman Family CT Scanner Suite, featuring a GE Revolution Ascend machine in Ontario’s first prefabricated modular cassette for CT, has improved local access to advanced imaging, reduced wait times, and enabled faster diagnoses.
Operating weekdays with 20 to 25 scans daily, the facility reports nearly 100% of patients received scans within target timeframes, cutting the need for transfers to larger hospitals and strengthening emergency and inpatient care.
Officials and community leaders credited the success to sustained fundraising and collaboration among local, provincial, and municipal partners.
