Christopher Clark, 42, former director of Alberta’s Law Enforcement Training Centre in Lac La Biche, has been charged with sexual assault over an alleged incident in 2024 involving a trainee.
RCMP were alerted in June, leading to his arrest on October 7, removal from office, and release under conditions.
He is scheduled to appear in court on November 17.
Authorities are investigating possible additional victims and have emphasized a trauma-informed approach.
The training centre has not commented.
