Actor Mark Wahlberg bought a $37 million mansion in Delray Beach, Florida’s gated Stone Creek Ranch, for $37 million, according to property records. The 17,800-square-foot estate, renamed “Palazzo di Lago,” features seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a theater, pool, guest house, and other luxury amenities. Purchased through his LLC, Closest to Delray LLC, the home was previously owned by developer Aldo Stark, who had listed it for $45 million. Wahlberg, known for roles in “The Departed” and “Ted,” has been expanding his South Florida real estate holdings, joining a growing list of celebrities in the exclusive community.
