The government also approved accelerating Metro Rail Phase 2 expansion, with a high-level committee assessing a potential takeover from L&T. Additional decisions include establishing three new agriculture colleges, expanding NALSAR’s campus, offering a ₹500 per quintal bonus on paddy, and advancing major infrastructure projects like road and rail expansions, with a nine-day festival planned for December 1–9 to mark the government’s second anniversary.
