A 36-year-old Syracuse man, Charles Campbell, has been charged with attempted kidnapping, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, and endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly chasing a 15-year-old girl with a knife on East Willow Street on October 16, 2025.
