Over 44,800 NordicTrack rowing machines, model NTRW19147 and variants, are being recalled due to a fire hazard involving the screen console, which can overheat, smoke, or catch fire. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission reports eight incidents, including two fires, with no injuries. Sold between November 2018 and April 2022 at retailers like Best Buy and Amazon, the machines are priced around $1,700. Consumers are urged to stop using the machines, unplug them, and contact iFIT for a free repair.
