Cayton was pronounced dead at the scene; Vasquez was airlifted with life-threatening injuries. The driver of the truck, Ryan Rach, 35, was not injured. State Route 11 remains closed in both directions beyond State Route 46 and Columbiana Canfield Road, with no reopening time set. A hazmat crew was present, and the investigation is ongoing.
