Gateway Mining has started a 4,600-meter diamond drilling program at its Yandal gold project in Western Australia, targeting high-potential intrusive-related gold zones including Dusk ’til Dawn, Mustang-Pony, and Great Western.
The program, co-funded by the WA government’s Exploration Incentive Scheme, began testing a chargeability anomaly at the Comanche prospect and will assess multiple targets with potential follow-up drilling.
A parallel 44,000-meter aircore program is underway, supported by $12.1 million in cash and a $22.5 million capital raise.
The project, acquired for $45 million in August 2025, holds a 400,400-ounce inferred gold resource.
A second diamond rig may be added later in the year based on results.
