The judge condemned him for lying about his bail address, claiming he would stay with a surety at an apartment on Sandy Lane when it was actually the surety’s mother’s home and the surety hadn’t lived there in over a year.
Police discovered the deception after his release on October 17, 2024, and arrested him following a chase, during which he fled on a bicycle, kicked a police cruiser, and struck an officer.
He had previously been arrested multiple times, including hiding in an attic.
