Giuseppe Marsocci, Giorgio Armani’s deputy managing director and Global Chief Commercial Officer, is set to become the brand’s new CEO, according to sources, with the appointment expected to be confirmed on October 16, 2025.
Marsocci, a 20-year company veteran, will succeed founder Giorgio Armani, who died in September.
The transition comes as the company prepares to sell a 15% stake to a major luxury group and restructures leadership, with Pantaleo Dell’Orco taking a key role in the controlling foundation.
The company has not officially confirmed the change.
