The General Practice Owners Association (GenPro) concluded its 2025 Annual General Meeting with members voting to reappoint key board leaders, including Dr. Angus Chambers, Dr. Mary English, and Dr. Stephanie Taylor, for three-year terms, ensuring leadership continuity. The board, which includes Dr. Vicky Jones, Dr. Mark Peterson, Michelle Te Kira, Bethan Rajwer, and co-opted member Dr. Hiria Nielsen, will focus on advancing primary care sustainability and innovation. At the virtual meeting, New Zealand’s Minister of Health Simeon Brown commended GenPro’s advocacy and highlighted progress on the two-year immunisation target.
