Finland to chair OSCE meeting in Vienna for first time, focusing on security, rights, and sustainability.
The 32nd OSCE Ministerial Council will take place December 4–5, 2025, in Vienna, Austria, chaired by Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen, marking the first time a non-Austrian chair leads the event in the city.
