Jzamir Keys, 18, has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and battery with a deadly weapon in the 2023 hit-and-run death of retired Las Vegas police chief Andreas Probst, avoiding trial.
The plea, part of a deal that dismisses other charges, carries a sentence of 18 years to life with parole.
Keys and co-defendant Jesus Ayala, 20, are accused of intentionally striking Probst while he was cycling and recording the incident, after a video showed them filming the attack.
Ayala previously pleaded guilty with an Alford plea.
Both are set to be sentenced on December 16, 2025.
